Gulfport Insulation provides residential and commercial insulation and air sealing services in Gulfport, MS and surrounding communities. Services include but are not limited to spray foam insulation, attic insulation, blown-in insulation, crawl space insulation, vapor barrier installation, insulation removal, and related work. Service availability and scope may vary based on project location, access, and site conditions.
All work performed by Gulfport Insulation is subject to a written scope of work agreed upon before work begins. No verbal agreements create binding service commitments.
Free on-site estimates are provided without obligation. Written estimates reflect conditions observed at the time of assessment. If site conditions differ from what was observed during the estimate - such as hidden moisture damage, structural issues, or unexpected access challenges - Gulfport Insulation reserves the right to revise the estimate before work proceeds. Any changes to the scope of work or pricing will be communicated in writing and require your approval before we continue.
Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated in writing. Material costs and availability may change; estimates issued after the expiration date may need to be revised.
Once a project is scheduled, we ask that you provide at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. This allows us to reallocate crew and equipment to other clients. Repeated cancellations without adequate notice may affect our ability to schedule future work.
Gulfport Insulation reserves the right to reschedule work due to weather conditions, crew availability, equipment issues, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We will notify you as promptly as possible if a reschedule is necessary.
Payment terms will be stated on your written estimate or invoice. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due upon completion of the work. For larger projects, a deposit may be required before work begins; the deposit amount and terms will be specified in the written agreement.
Late payments may be subject to a late fee as stated on the invoice. Gulfport Insulation reserves the right to pause or decline future work from clients with outstanding unpaid balances. Disputes about charges must be raised in writing within 10 days of invoice receipt.
You agree to provide Gulfport Insulation with safe, reasonable access to the work areas at the scheduled time. This includes clearing stored items from attics, crawl spaces, or other work areas as directed before installation. You also agree to vacate the premises during spray foam application and for the re-entry period specified by our crew, including all people and pets.
If site conditions are unsafe or access is not available at the scheduled time, Gulfport Insulation may need to reschedule the work. A trip charge may apply for visits where work cannot proceed due to conditions within your control.
Gulfport Insulation warrants that all work will be performed in a professional manner consistent with industry standards. Any defect in workmanship reported within 1 year of project completion will be evaluated and, if confirmed to be a result of our installation, corrected at no charge.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by subsequent work by other contractors, structural changes to the home, flooding, storm events, or normal wear and tear. Material warranties, if applicable, are provided by the manufacturer and are separate from our workmanship warranty.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Gulfport Insulation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the services we provide or the use of this website. Our total liability for any claim arising from a specific project shall not exceed the amount paid by you for that specific project.
We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions in your home that are discovered during or after our work, including but not limited to mold, structural damage, pest infestation, or code violations that were not visible or disclosed at the time of estimate.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Mississippi, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action not subject to arbitration shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Harrison County, Mississippi.
Gulfport Insulation reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
